Delbert Hollis
Founder and President of Cattle Marketing Services, Inc.
Delbert started feeding cattle and running stocker cattle in 1983. In 1989 he graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Animal Business. Upon graduation, he served 2 ½ years in Texas Ag Extension Service. During that time, he obtained his Master's Degree from Texas Tech.
In 1991, he began working for a large commercial cattle feeding company in customer relations and buying feeder cattle. In 1996, he went to work for one of the nation's largest beef packers buying finished cattle in the Texas Panhandle. With the emergence of grid cattle marketing to packers in the Texas Panhandle, he saw the opportunity to independently aid feed yards and producers in the evaluation and marketing of their cattle.
He began Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. in February of 2001 with the purpose of obtaining optimal market value and premiums for producers feeding cattle. Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. continues to offer consulting services. In addition,Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. has expanded its operations to include truck dispatching and is a major supplier of feeder cattle and calves. Delbert has developed a personal relationship with contacts all over the country to better serve the cattle industry. He has built and maintains Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. by doing business with the highest level honesty and integrity. Delbert also owns and operates a Cow Calf operation in western Arkansas. Delbert and his wife have 3 kids.
Dwayne Hollis
Vice President of Cattle Marketing Services, Inc.
Dwayne grew up around the farming and the cattle industry. He graduated from West Texas A&M in 1987 with degree in Ag Business and Economics. Upon graduation from college, he bought finished cattle for one of the nation's largest beef packing companies for 15 years in the Texas Panhandle and Northeastern New Mexico. He resigned from the cattle industry in 2003 to go on staff in full time pastoral ministry at Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo, TX. In January of 2012, he rejoined his brother in the cattle industry at Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. Dwayne has 3 kids. Today, Dwayne provides feedyard consulting, trades feeder cattle, and oversees contracts and futures positions for the company.
Troy Dodd
Vice President of Cattle Marketing Services, Inc.Troy was raised in Eastern New Mexico on a combination dry land farm/cow-calf ranch. In 1993, he received a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics and earned an MBA in 1994 from Texas Tech University. Troy has been involved in all aspects of agriculture, from co-owner of a registered Angus cowherd in the Texas Panhandle to budget manager on a large scale cow-calf operation in South Central Florida. In 2002, Troy started working for a large commercial cattle feeding operation as Outside Cattle Manager. In April of 2011, he started working for Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. Troy is married with 2 kids. Today, Troy oversees truck dispatching and finalizes cattle account transactions.
Darin Williams
Cattle Administrator/Kansas Field Representative
Darin was raised in Dodge City, Ks and brings a wealth of experience to the team. He is a former charter pilot serving Kansas cattlemen. He served 8 years as Assistant Manager of Poky Feeders in Scott City, Kansas. Darin then became a buyer for National Beef in 2004, and worked in Western Kansas and the Texas Panhandle. He has a wealth of experience in the feedyard industry combining knowledge of both fed and feeder cattle trades. Darin started with Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. in April of 2015. He is married with 2 kids. Darin brought Kansas Feedyard relations and experience to our team, and while trading feeder cattle, he will over see our new Fed Cattle Trading System.

Scott Sanderson
Arkansas Field Representative
Scott Sanderson has served as the Arkansas Field Representative since August of 2014. Scott, known for his unparalleled honesty and integrity, continued Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. long history in Western Arkansas after the passing of Tom White. Scott runs a family Cow Calf operation and has served Arkansas Cattlemen for many years in the transportation industry, owning and operating his own trucking company. Scott is married with 2 kids.
