History

Cnossen Dairy, one of the 1st dairies to move to the Texas panhandle, originally started in Idaho. They then moved their operations to the Texas panhandle in 2005.

Genetics

Cnossen calves are all single sourced off their own dairy. Genetics consist of top end Gardiner Angus bulls back on 35% Holstein cows, 35% F1 composite HoJo cows, and 30% Jersey cows.

Performance

Cnossen dairy is producing high quality, high performing calves that are on an excellent health protocol and are NOT implanted. Cnossen Dairy calves are set for great performance with the frame and condition to excel for the buyer.
